AN ESTABLISHED Hawick watering hole has been put up for sale with an asking price in the region of £180,000.
The Exchange Bar in Silver Street – also known as Dalton’s – has a successful trading history and a long-standing clientèle.
It comprises a public bar over two levels, service access, toilet facilities, a small office and lounge, with cinema screen and leather-fitted seating, together with basement cellar.
The business currently employs two full-time and three part-time members of staff and would be the “perfect investment for those with an interest in the hospitality industry”.
